About Us

The Genc Ol (GOyoung) association, headquartered in Ankara (Turkey), was founded in 2022. The main mission of our association is for the young generation to discover their own potential, to listen to different people, cultures and stories, and to develop and develop them. One of our main goals is to encourage young people to meet their peers in Europe, broaden their horizons and become individuals who will push the boundaries in this direction. In this mission, our association is planning to sow the seeds of a humble, courageous youth who can empathize, productive, innovative, accept people for being human without any religion, language or race discrimination, and see the fruit of it. The founders and members of the GOyoung association are individuals who have participated in European Union projects of various countries, have many experiences in Turkey and are ready to share this experience. Since it is a newly established association, it is a member of the Local Youth Association Network (YGDA) in order to participate in the dissemination activities and benefit from the experiences of the associations in the country.

Our Team

Our team has a dynamic and young structure that has participated in many projects, students, academicians and volunteers in various non-governmental organizations. Competencies we will add to the project; -A young and enterprising team that is active and constantly pursuing innovation within the project. A team that will explain and convey Turkish culture to other participants in a fun way. -Assisting in the preparation and execution of the event with the participants. To be able to take all kinds of responsibility by putting his hand under the stone in any disruption that may occur during the project -In short, to carry out the dissemination activities successfully and to deliver on time, starting with the members of the association when they return to their countries. As the GOyoung team, we have an experienced team in project arrangement and management. It has come up with solutions to many problems that have come across moments of crisis from time to time, thus making it a team that can cope with difficulties. As the GOyoung team, we are actively working in the field to reach more young people and transfer these experiences and make them have experience abroad. We continue to bring experience to the team by participating in many programs such as non-governmental organizations, youth work, seminars and interviews in the country.
